Finally finally finally our builder found a guy who was willing to tackle our stone floors... and got the correct stones (thanks to our stone guy who kept pushing our builder to provide the right materials)! I'm so glad we didn't just go the easy route and put down tile in the addition... the stones and stonework are beautiful and the whole downstairs connects beautifully now! We still need to refinish the old stone and seal the whole floor, but what a difference it makes...
